Welcome to ttt (Tell The Truth), a service provided by TheBeats Inc. (the "Company," "we," or "us"). These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set out the terms and conditions of your use of the ttt app (the "App") and other products and services we may offer on or through the App and our website (the "Service").
Your use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install or use the App, or otherwise use the Service.
The App is designed to facilitate anonymous, positive compliments between classmates through voice memos and polls. You vote on positive polls about your friends, send anonymous helium voice memos, and receive personalized compliments from your classmates.
You must use the App in compliance with these Terms as well as all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your own communications and interactions while using the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you must obtain your parent or legal guardian's permission in advance to use the Service.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You may be required to provide information including your name, grade, school, email address, and phone contacts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password to access the Service, and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
The Service allows Users to post content (such as voice memos and poll responses) (the "Content"). You are responsible for the Content you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such Content in connection with the operation of the Service, including AI moderation and the generation of your personalized monthly podcast.
ttt maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any user who posts objectionable content or engages in abusive behavior will have their content immediately removed and their account permanently suspended without prior notice.

ttt uses advanced AI moderation (powered by Google Gemini) to automatically detect and block prohibited content before delivery. In addition, all users have the ability to:
Our Trust & Safety team reviews all user reports and takes appropriate action within 24 hours, including removing the offending content and permanently suspending the account responsible. Users who repeatedly violate these Terms will be permanently banned from the Service.
ttt offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called "God Mode" that provides enhanced features including unlimited voice replays, 2x coin multiplier, and grade reveals.
By using ttt's voice memo feature, you acknowledge and agree that your anonymized voice recordings will be sent to Google's Gemini AI service (operated by Google LLC) for content moderation purposes. This processing is necessary to maintain a safe and positive environment for all users.

If you choose to grant contact access, your contacts will be securely uploaded to our servers to help you find friends on ttt. Contact data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before upload and stored as encrypted data on our servers. We never share, sell, or use your contacts for any purpose other than friend discovery within the app. You must provide explicit consent before any contact data is uploaded.
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to the Service are owned by the Company or its licensors. We grant to you a limited license to use the Service solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
In accordance with our zero-tolerance policy, users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will have their accounts permanently suspended and all associated content removed from the Service. Our Trust & Safety team acts on all reports within 24 hours.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and without warranties of any kind. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
The entire liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Services, or if you have not purchased anything, JPY 1,000.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting the updated version on the Service.
You may not assign your rights to third parties. The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
We reserve the right to disclose any information necessary to satisfy any applicable law or governmental request.
